We are excited for you to be taking the first step towards becoming a member of the Stanford University Fraternity and Sorority community. Our vibrant campus community is built upon pillars of friendship, leadership, academics, and service. The IFC community is composed of campus student leaders, high-achieving scholars, world-class athletes, and innovators. If you choose to join the Stanford Greek Life experience you will have agency in deciding your range of involvement and development opportunities that will augment all facets of your remaining undergraduate experience.

As you begin your journey to learn more about the fraternity experience, the Interfraternity Council (IFC) Executive Board is here to help you. There are a number of chapters on campus, each with their own unique community that can be challenging to grasp in a few short days. However, through this process we encourage you to bring your authentic self and be true to your values as you engage with each organization.

Should you join one of our chapters you will be challenged to grow and change over the next few years. We emphasize the importance of stepping out of your comfort zone and explore all organizations as each group provides an incredible experience.
